Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning.
- Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate with parents about their child's development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a love for teaching.
